Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Calculated Shipping: Orders under $70
- FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $70 (Standard method only to lower 48 US states)
Note: These times do NOT include 1-2 business day processing time.
2. Processing Time (Before Shipment)
Standard: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed Mon-Fri before 2 PM EST: Usually ships the same day
- Orders placed Fri after 2 PM or on weekends: Ship Monday
- Dropship inventory: 3-5 additional business days (we notify you immediately)
3. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Example: Order Monday 10 AM with Standard Shipping = 1-2 days processing + 5-7 days shipping = 6-9 business days total.
4. SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY
We are NOT responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Weather or natural disasters
- Holidays
- Rural areas or address issues
- Carrier misroutes
5. Eligible Addresses
We ship to: US residential, commercial, apartments (with unit number)
We do NOT ship to: PO Boxes, international, incomplete addresses
Address changes: Contact us WITHIN 1 HOUR of ordering. After processing begins, we cannot change addresses.
6. Tracking
Tracking number sent within 24 hours of shipment via email. Track on USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Report within 5 days of expected delivery:

Include order number, tracking number, and photos (if damaged). We will file a carrier claim and reship or refund.
8. No Hidden Fees
Price at checkout = final price. Includes carrier fee, packaging, handling, and tracking.
NOT included: Customs duties, signature fees, address correction charges
