Product-Related Claims:

- Fitment issues or incompatibility with your vehicle/application
- Poor performance or unmet expectations
- Installation problems or errors
- Damage from product use, misuse, or improper installation
- Damage from mixing products with incompatible items
- Loss or damage from product modification
Delivery & Shipping Claims:
- Shipping delays or late delivery
- Lost packages (after tracking provided)
- Damaged packages (carrier responsibility)
- Misdelivery due to incomplete address information you provided
- Carrier errors or service interruptions
Indirect or Consequential Damages:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Loss of data or information
- Loss of reputation
- Cost of substitute goods or services
- Inconvenience or frustration
- Third-party claims against you
Maximum Liability
Outdoor-Depot.us's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Example: If you buy a $50 product and it fails, the maximum refund is $50—not $50 plus additional damages.
Exceptions (Where We ARE Liable)
We ARE responsible for:
- Processing refunds as described in our Return & Refund Policy
- Replacing items that arrive damaged due to our packaging
- Refunding orders for items we fail to ship
- Addressing defects caused by our documented negligence
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any legal action must be brought in North Carolina or through binding arbitration (see our Terms of Service).
