Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window: 30 Days

You have 30 calendar days from purchase date to initiate a return.

Example: Purchase August 1 = return deadline August 31.

2. Eligibility (ALL must be met)

  • ✓ Within 30-day window
  • ✓ Completely unused and uninstalled
  • ✓ In original condition with original packaging
  • ✓ All original components included
  • ✓ Not a Final Sale or Clearance item

Eligible returns that meet all the above conditions are subject to the standard 10% restocking fee described in Section 5. Returns that fail to meet the above conditions may be refused entirely, or accepted subject to an increased restocking fee of up to 50%, at our discretion.

3. Return Shipping

YOU PAY return shipping EXCEPT when:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Item does not match the listing description

4. Refund Timeline

5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Credit card: 1-2 days to post
PayPal: 1-3 days
Bank transfer: 3-5 days

5. Refund Amount

Standard eligible return:

  • ✓ Product cost (90%) 10% Restocking Fee
  • ✓ Sales tax (100%)
  • ✗ Original shipping (NOT refunded)
  • ✗ Return shipping (you pay)

6. How to Initiate a Return

Provide: Order number, product name, reason for return

We will send a return authorization number and address.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 5 days of receipt with photos of damage.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Used, installed, or modified
  • Missing original packaging or components
  • Showing customer-caused damage
  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or gift cards

9. Fitment Issues

If you purchased without verifying fitment compatibility, returns based on fitment are NOT eligible. See our Terms of Service.
