Return & Refund Policy
At Outdoor Depot we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags, and you must provide proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Email us at sales@outdoor-depot.us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Items shipped back without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent โ in those cases Outdoor Depot covers return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@outdoor-depot.us with photos of the item and the shipping packaging so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale/clearance items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Installed or used parts are generally non-returnable except under a valid manufacturer warranty claim.
Warranty
All warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer. Contact us and we'll direct you to the correct manufacturer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (less the restocking fee). Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
